SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

SJ Custom Apparels LLC offers shipping and local pickup options for eligible orders.

PRODUCTION TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production time is the time required to design, prepare, print, embroider, and complete your order.

Shipping time begins after production has been completed and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates should account for both production and shipping time.

PRODUCTION DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE ORDER IS READY

Production may not begin until SJ Custom Apparels has received all required:

• Payments or deposits
• Artwork
• Design approvals
• Sizes
• Quantities
• Personalization information
• Garments or materials when supplied by the customer
• Other information necessary to complete the order

Delays in customer responses or approvals may extend the estimated completion date.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times provided by SJ Custom Apparels are estimates unless a specific completion date has been expressly guaranteed in writing.

Turnaround may be affected by order volume, supplier inventory, equipment issues, artwork revisions, customer response times, shipping carriers, weather, power interruptions, and other circumstances.

ONLINE SHIPPING ORDERS

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

If we determine that an online merchandise order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, which may include notifying the customer, providing a revised shipment date, and allowing the customer to consent to the delay or cancel affected unshipped merchandise for a refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please verify:

• Name
• Street address
• Apartment or suite number
• City
• State
• ZIP code

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

CARRIER DELAYS

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside SJ Custom Apparels’ direct control.

We will reasonably assist customers with eligible carrier issues, but carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees made by SJ Custom Apparels.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Contact SJ Custom Apparels promptly if tracking indicates a delivery problem or your package arrives visibly damaged.

Please retain the packaging and merchandise and provide photographs when requested so that we can investigate the issue or pursue an appropriate carrier claim.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers choosing local pickup should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready.

Submitting an order does not mean the order is immediately available for pickup.

Pickup instructions will be provided when the order is ready.

PICKUP TIMES

Pickup times may vary depending on current production volume.

SJ Custom Apparels may provide scheduled pickup windows or specific pickup instructions.

Customers should follow the most recent pickup information provided for their order.

LATE PICKUP

If you cannot pick up during the scheduled pickup period, contact SJ Custom Apparels to arrange another available pickup time.

Completed orders should be picked up promptly.

ABANDONED ORDERS

Orders remaining unclaimed for more than 60 days after notice that they are ready may be treated as abandoned, subject to applicable law.

SJ Custom Apparels may dispose of or donate abandoned custom merchandise.

Payments made toward completed abandoned custom orders are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush production is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

A rush production charge applies to prioritizing the production of the order. Shipping carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control are separate from production time.
