step-by-step guide on how to apply UV DTF (Direct to Film) stickers:

1. Clean the surface: Start by cleaning the surface where you plan to apply the sticker. Use a clean cloth or paper towel and rubbing alcohol to remove any dust, dirt, or oil that may be present. Allow to dry prior to application.
2. Peel the backing: Gently peel the backing paper off the sticker. Make sure you don't touch the adhesive side of the sticker as this can leave fingerprints or other marks on it.
3. Position the sticker: Carefully position the sticker on the surface you want to apply it to. Use your fingers or a plastic card to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles that may appear.
4. Apply pressure: Once you have the sticker in the desired position, firmly press it down using your fingers or a plastic card. This helps to ensure that the adhesive sticks properly and prevents any air bubbles from forming.
5. Remove the transfer film: Finally, gently peel off the transfer film on top of the sticker. Start at one corner and slowly peel it away from the sticker, making sure not to pull the sticker up with it.

Standard DTF Transfer production takes 2-3 business days.

Artwork line thickness should be at least 0.02 in. (0.5mm) or thicker. Any part of the artwork thinner than this will likely NOT print or transfer to the garment.

You can check your design by making a 0.02 inch circle and moving it over your artwork. If the circle overlaps elements of your design, then they are too thin.

DTF Transfers are printed in CMYK, but your screen displays in RGB. Some colors might print how they look on screen, but we cannot guarantee the colors will match.

DTF Transfers will only print with a white background if the design file is setup and saved that way.

These transfers easily heat apply to cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends, and tri-blends at 300° for 12-15 seconds at Medium #5 pressure. Peel hot or cold. Optional: cover and seal an additional 5 seconds for a matte finish and superior hand.

DTF Transfers can also apply to Nylon and Spandex, but results may vary so testing is recommended.
